Committee Members

Generally Nominations for any position in the Committee must be made in writing
(e.mail acceptable) to the Secretary no later than 14 days prior to an AGM

Nominees can enter themselves or in absence can be put forward by another member providing permission has been given for that member to nominate them

It is presumed that all Committee Members will stand for re-election at an AGM unless the Secretary hears to the contrary within the above mentioned period.

LAGSC AGM Minutes December 2021

In the light of the Covid pandemic and uncertainty of the situation for the upcoming year it was deemed that the AGM be foresaken

as there was nothing much to impart of value as little had been done in the way of competition and many shoots had been cancelled

and any matters requiring discussion could be done on open forum via WhatsApp.

No matters arose and the Committee remained in situ, there being no requests for change.
